Actually, no. I don't love Rafe and Ari but I don't see a place or story or need for Jen and/or Jack. Bring back Steve & Kayla, Tony & Anna or J&M first. They are all more clearly tied to the current canvas.
Really, Jack and Jennifer are tied to Lawrence and Katerina THE MOST. Jack even more than Bo was the protagonist to Lawrence. Lawrence raped Jennifer, and Jennifer was Katerina's Bestest friend. Lawrence tried to ruin Jack, steal his paper, was always goading Jack about raping Kayla.
Wow, I really disagree with the comment above. The characters most tied to Carly, Lawrence and Vivian are Bo (Lawrence's vendetta against him went back 10 years), Victor (he was married to Carly and wanted to marry Vivian) and John Black (he was Lawrence's brother, at least for a while). Lawrence was involved in a story with Jack and Jen for less than a year. He came on in September 90 and by the time J&J got married the following July, they never interacted together again. The Bo/Carly/Lawrence triangle went on for all on 1992 and through 1993 until CC and MS left the show. Jack hardly had any scenes with Carly after 1991 and Jen & Jack had next to none with Lawrence after 1991. I can't think of any, in fact. I don't care if they bring back J&J or not but it would be silly to force them into a story with Carly & Lawrence. Lawrence is dead anyway. I really hated it when Jennifer would refer to Carly as her "best friend", like they were in middle school. It was so immature. They needed to let Jennifer grow up.
