WINNER OF THE WEEK. EJ DIMERA is the Proud Owner of the Salem Brain…as he finally bought a clue about just how badly Nicole has screwed him over. He’s finally waking up to smell the coffee…and it’s bitter coffee indeed.
LOSER OF THE WEEK. MEREDITH HUDSON is a cartoonish over-the-top villain who is taking part in a very PASSIONSistic plot. Why the hell should we care about any of this since Emily Hudson was never on our screens on the first place? First of all, Meredith, you need to build the secret room before you take the prisoner, you moron. Take notes from Stefano on that. Secondly, damn, if you like beating up Rafe so much, just kill the dude and put him and us out of our misery. To quote Billy Abbott from Y&R…give him the bucket and let him kick it!
SCENE(S) OF THE WEEK. I loved all the Dimera scenes on Wednesday’s episode, starting with my dream scene of Nicole and Kate confronting each other in the mansion. Loved the veiled threat with still-simmering chemistry between EJ and Kate – could a Stefano/Kate/EJ thing be coming down the pike? Loved watching Steffy try to Tiramisu himself into a diabetic coma. Loved Stefano proclaiming to Nicole “Give your new mother-in-law a big hug!” Good stuff…and not nearly enough of it.
PERFORMER OF THE WEEK. JAMES SCOTT rocked it this week. From his flirty scenes with Kate to his amazement with his father’s new marriage to his fury at Nicole’s betrayal, he was a pleasure to watch. So great to see EJ finally wake up from his Zombified Stupid Stupor of the last few months. I can only hope that the Bad Boy Dimera is going to wreak some havoc rather than sulk non-stop.
ZINGER OF THE WEEK. Nicole to Brady regarding her lie about him getting back on cocaine: “OK, what was I supposed to do, come out with the whole sordid truth and start looking for places to live on TrailerParks.com?”
RANDOM THOUGHT OF THE WEEK#1: Every time Melanie and Nathan get close, Phillip comes back like a pesky STD!
RANDOM THOUGHT OF THE WEEK#2: All of the DAYS viewers who don’t get on the internet and don’t have a clue of who Carly or Lawrence are must be asking right now “WTF?”
My thoughts : Ej will forgive Nicole for the miscarriage..why ? Why ? Because he really loves her and want a family with Sydney. But it's a big TWIST : Sami will even help Ej and Nicole to make up and encourage them to fight against Chad (and his powerful family..)for Sydney's custody. Of course at this time it will be November sweeps and finally the big fallout is here : SAMI BRADY WILL DISCOVER SYDNEY IS HER DAUGHTER. It will be bloody explosive with Sami who totally changes her mind about her new dear friend Nicole..she will probably want to kill her..and bye bye Nicole for a while (maternity leave for the actress) jail, coma, nut house for the character.
