ReplyDeleteSounds ridiculous. She kills someone. Hell, she is married to a man who tried to kill numerous people. Unless she killed Lawrence, I am sure he is more wealthy and powerful than Bo and could get her off. Bo is a cop why would he help someone who killed, unless it was Lawrence. And why after all these years kill Lawrence, she knew he was a murder and attempted murder, and raped her best friend in all the world. Why do the morons think that breaking up the last supercouple is going to get people excited. And last I checked, GL had even worse ratings than DAYS, so even if all her fans come over the ratings still would be no higher than 2.0, meanwhile I wager many B/H fans will stop watching in disgust of yet another poor breaking up of their couple within a couple year period.
ReplyDeleteWell, I am not going to return for Crystal. Hated Carly the first time around with decent writing and with actors I loved on the show.
You're right! This Bope fan is getting very tired of these writers trying to destroy this iconic couple! Leave Bo & Hope ALONE! I know they thing Carly is going to bring in a ton of people but she is NOT! All that Bope fans are going to see is another interloper like Billie breaking up their favorite couple! The Bo & Carly fans will be happy, but that number can't even compare to the overwhelming number of Bo & Hope fans!
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of other stories they could have written for Peter & Kristian! What a horrible shame that chose the lamest and most hated one possible! So close to walking away from this mess of a show!
But don't worry The Bo/Hope will be apart for a while but they will come back together after all : they are certainly the only couple on this soap who is endgame. The TPTB want to add angst and drama. I don't say it's a good thing, to be honest i don't know or maybe i don't really care but it's for sure a fact !
ReplyDeleteIts a soap so I don't expect couples to stay together all the time at least Bo and Hope are getting a storyline so what if Carly in the long run makes Bo and Hope realize they are "end game" hopefully the storyline will be entertaining and help Days gain some viewers to keep them from cancellation to me everybody wins
ReplyDeleteI'm a huge fan of CC's work on Guiding Light and would hate to see Carly end up as Bope road kill. CC deserves better and her considerable talents should be put to better use.
ReplyDeleteI am also a Crystal Chappell Fan.. She is truly a gifted actress. I am sad to see Guiding Light end. I am also a DOOL fan, I've watched since I was very young. I like the fact Carly is coming back but I really hope she doesnt break up Bo/Hope and they write Carly a great story line that doesnt make her a home wrecker! they've gained a great talent with CC and I hope they dont waste it on crappy writing!!!

ReplyDeleteI am a big CC fan too. I've been trying to watch DOOL so I'm ready for her return. Let's all hope (new & old viewers) that they do not put her between Hope & Bo in any real way, because that would just be a waste all the way around.
ReplyDeleteI'm a CC fan loved her in GL she could run circles around all those actors except Jessica Leccia she held her own with CC. But the writers of DOOL they are going to Hack up the S/L as usual. The more a character is loved the more Corday likes to f them up.

I agree that CC is a good actress, but honestly I dont see how her return will do more than maybe create a short lived minor ratings blip, Days is tanking.

ReplyDeleteI am a minority, because I do hope that Carly breaks Bo and Hope up. I loved Bo & Carly together during Carly first run, and I am sick of Hope being the "goody" girl. She doesn't appreciate Bo anymore and it always ready to look to where the Grass is greener, i.e. Patrick! Bo is forever trying to prove himself to her and save his marriage. Enough already! And according to spoilers, it is Hope that turns to Justin first, before Carly even makes it to Salem. So I am looking forward to Carly and Bo
ReplyDeleteI like all three actors and all three characters. I don't know who to root for. I'm just glad Days is hiring a few actors over 22 to balance out the kids on the show! This could only be good for Peter and Kristian. I mean for gods sake they gave Peter a 'visions' storyline previously! Now that is a ridiculus and snoozefest of a story for Bope. They just had Bo say in a recent show he no longer gets visions, so they ended that crap.
ReplyDeleteAre there really that many Bo and Hope fans? How come the Bope forum on NBC boards are so quite? Where are they all? Or is it people are more likely to post negetive comments than anything positive?
