3/25/10 review - Recession Wedding Dress Special

Arianna/Brady/Nicole - I know the DAYS budget is tight, but does Arianna really have to get married in a slip?  And a fugly one at that!  Nicole goes to Santo Domingo to get her man.  Arianna's pearl necklace breaks, spurring on an ominous warning from a Dollar Store Celeste clone.  When Arianna sees Nicole and Brady in the same orbit, she freaks and threatens to call off the wedding.

Abe/Rafe/Sami/EJ/Anna/The Gov - Now that everyone knows that Anna blackmailed the governor, Rafe is wondering how Nicole blackmailed Anna to blackmail the governor.  EJ meanwhile tries to outmanuever the situation to avoid being caught while trying to get Sami's sympathy by expressing false guilt for Anna's involvement.  I loved the exchange between EJ and the Governor.  EJ - "You're a corrupt parasite!"  The Gov. - "Who else goes into politics?"

Hope/Justin/Adrienne - More Judi Evans, more Judi Evans!!!  Adrienne is a shot of Viagra for Justin, as it seems that he's finally found his balls.  I take back what I said yesterday about the wardrobe department though.  His shirt and tie were hideous!  Justin tells Hope he's in love with her and Adrienne overhears.  Adrienne and Hope have a little "girl talk" which actually was fairly civil.  Hope convinces Adrienne that she's not over Justin; Adrienne convinces Hope that she's not over Bo but needs to move on.  I hope that we'll see more Justin/Adrienne scenes; and I'd kind of like to know what the hell happened to their marriage in the first place.  I don't really want the Hope/Justin/Adrienne thing to be completely resolved though.  It was nice to see Hope do something else besides cry over Bo for five seconds.

Bo/Carly/Vivian/Victor - Bo warns Vivian on the pier (where else?) that he will kill her if she doesn't leave Carly alone. Later, after Bo helps himself to more of Carly's Omnipotent Hoo-Hah, he admits that he wasn't going to really kill Vivian; but that Vivian would run to Victor who would convince Vivian to leave Carly alone out of his fatherly concern for Bo. I wonder if Bo would be so smug about his cunning little plan if he realized that he had just lit spark to the biggest Match Made in Hell since Stefano and Kate. Yay, VICTIAN or is it VIVTOR? Hopefully, Vivian will pick out a better wedding dress than Arianna's Recession Wedding Dress Special.
