The Diva's secret identity revealed!

Yes bitches. The Diva decided it's time to reveal my secret identity. Those douchebags at Daytime Royalty are breathing down my neck trying to "out" me while they are hiding away in non-lurk mode. So I decided it's time to let my faithful followers know who they have been reading the past two months......

  9. As a law student, the "Diva" should really be careful of what she posts for the world to see (and take screen caps) This is a case of identity theft, defamation, and vilification. Throw slander into the mix because of all the malicious, false and defamatory statements and the real Nelson would have a case. Statements of pure opinion or for comedy are not actionable, but with the wording of your posts, you are walking a very fine line. You may want to speak to a lawyer. defamation of character is now a criminal offense, not a misdemeanor. You could go with freedom of speech, but like I said above, it's all in the wordingm and with it being posted for all to see,m I'd be careful.

  10. Doesn't anyone remember what today actually is? Think about it!

  11. Yeah, you keep thinking that Jiggs, you loser.

Thanks for all your "advice" Laurie. But I'm pretty damn sure I'm not going to sue myself. But I might for publicity!

  12. If Laurie was really a law student she'd know that cases of libel and slander on the internet get laughed out of court.

  13. Hey Nelson, I would be airbrushing my photo if I wanted to get in the pants of some of those toyboy underwear models you lust after. That picture is not going to get you very far.

And it is libel, slander is spoken, libel is written.

  15. Nelson is one ugly mofo! No wonder the guy comes onto people like Brandon Beemer. He is desperate!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hey now. Brandon could leave Nadia for me. It could happen!

So I should sue myself for libel then? Good to know!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Why have you been duping us all this time and bashing yourself? There's got to be more to it than looking for publicity.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Hey Nelson. Brandon Beemer wanted me to tell you he is waiting for you in the mens restroom. Fantasies do come true.

  19. Out of curiosity, What's the point of this blog?

  23. Hey law student, need to study some more....

"The Court held that a public figure who sues a newspaper for libel can recover damages only if the person can prove that the statement printed was made with actual malice, that is, “with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not.” Subsequent court cases have extended this principle for the further protection of a free press."

  24. Thanks. Besides you can't successfully sue someone for telling the truth. lol
