Sean Douglas : good and charismatic actor. Seeing him here, i could buy him as a cop..he can play ex-con or cop with the same snarky, fun intensity..just not as the brotherly adviser to the guy he tortured in jail..lol.

I liked his brotherly advice to Nick. lol He was right!
DeleteI did not at all, these scenes made the character ridiculous and lame imho.
DeleteI think it showed his compassionate side, so he wasn't a one note villain. Sean Douglas played both aspects of Vargas' character well.
DeleteAgree to disagree : these scene made me dislike the character and worst of all BORED and annoyed me.
