We all should know better that this isn't the DAYS of the 90's and expect Corday to appeal to the fans everytime we want to see the vets of that era. If the writers don't want these actors on the show and don't care about writing a good story about these characters because they lack star power, just write a bad story for them, give them the bird and kill them off the show. That way Days fans will know not to bugged them about bring back any veteran characters/actors to the show they don't care about.
As days fans, we have to be realistic about the current state of the show. The show needs star power and most of the actors on the show lack marketability and the show lacks that and have the show called "Days of the 90's" instend of "Days of our Lives" is bad business for Corday.
Corday would better off dumping most of the vets and make a Jersey Shore soap with teens out of Days. The ratings would be "off the chart!"
Nostalgic is soap's worst enemy and Days need to be and is anti-veteran.
ha ha ha good one, you seem very cynic..the little problem to this 'potential' is the demo for a jersey shore type of show will never watch a DAYTIME soap opera..trashy, edgy or not, for them it is so dated..and in a way i understand most of the time these soap stories are so so cheesy and one-note..you want edgy and smart you watch Mad Men, Game of Throne ect..you want trashy and sometimes fun you watch junk like Jersey Shore but you don't watch in the afternoon NBC..That's just the truth..
